Lucid better than Precise?

Heroku's stack page notes that the Cedar stack is based on Ubuntu 10.04, whereas the VM we're using is Precise Pangolin 12.04. Might it be better to use 10.04?

The last time I asked people who work at Heroku, I was told 12.04, so that's what I went with. Now my source could be wrong or the docs at Heroku could be wrong, but it shouldn't matter too much either direction.
